What does a project actually cost?
A Starter build is $1,500 and a Growth build is $4,200, each with an optional monthly care plan. You get a fixed number in the proposal before anyone starts building. We don't bill by the hour, so nobody is incentivised to take longer.
How long does it take?
Starter builds are usually live in two to three weeks; Growth builds in three to five. The proposal gives you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one, and you see working software during the build rather than slides.
Can I cancel and keep what you built?
Yes. The accounts, workflows, prompts and documentation are in your name from the first week. Cancel the care plan and everything keeps running — we hand over a maintenance guide. You are never locked in by design.
Is my customer data used to train AI models?
We choose AI model and platform providers that support business-tier access with training disabled wherever it's available, scope each agent to the minimum data it needs, and keep an audit trail of every action it takes. We'll sign your DPA or provide ours.
What if AI isn't the right answer for my business?
Then we'll tell you on the first call. Some problems are cheaper to fix by changing a process, and some businesses aren't ready yet. We would rather lose a project than sell you one that won't pay back.
