What does the care plan actually cover?
Monitoring so we notice a problem before your customers do, the model and integration costs of running the agent, monthly tuning based on real conversations, and changes to wording, hours, prices or services. It does not cover building something new — that gets quoted separately.
Can I cancel and keep what you built?
Yes. The accounts, workflows, prompts and documentation are in your name from the first week. If you cancel the care plan, everything keeps running and we hand over a maintenance guide. You are never locked in by design.
Are there other costs?
Usually two: your WhatsApp Business or telephony provider, and the AI model usage itself. Both are billed to your own accounts at cost so you can see exactly what you're paying. For a typical Starter build that's somewhere between $20 and $80 a month.
How long does a build take?
Starter builds are usually live in two to three weeks. Growth builds take three to five. Enterprise depends on how many approvals sit between the idea and production — we'll give you a realistic date after the discovery workshop rather than an optimistic one before it.
What if it doesn't work?
We agree what "working" means in the proposal, in numbers. If we miss it, we keep working at our cost until we hit it or we refund the difference. That has happened once; we'd rather tell you that than pretend it never does.
Do you work with businesses outside your region?
Yes. We work remotely with teams in the Gulf, Europe and North America, and we schedule calls in your working hours rather than ours. The agents we build run in whatever timezone and language your customers use.
Is my customer data used to train AI models?
No. We use business-tier model access with training disabled, scope each agent to the minimum data it needs, and keep an audit trail of every action it takes. We'll sign your DPA or provide ours.
